North Korea has agreed to a visit by a UN expert on the rights of people with disabilities, Catalina Devandas-Aguilar, the United Nations said on Thursday. Her visit will be the first ever to North Korea by an independent expert designated by UN Human Rights Council. Notably, North Korea has consistently denounced the council's resolutions as a US conspiracy.
