Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has said the mindset of the common man needs to change to increase road safety. He said, "People think back-seaters don't need belts. It is the problem." Police probe into former Tata Sons Chairman Cyrus Mistry's death in the road accident on Sunday revealed he was in the backseat and was not wearing a seat belt.
