A petition seeking a direction to the Centre and Delhi government for linking of people's movable and immovable property documents with their Aadhaar numbers was filed in Delhi High Court on Monday by BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay. He said the move could help curb corruption, black money generation and 'benami' transactions. The petition is likely to be heard on Tuesday.
