Hitting out at PM Narendra Modi for his long silence over Kathua and Unnao rape cases, former PM Manmohan Singh said, "The PM should follow his own advice to me and he should speak more often." The former PM also said that he was glad that PM Modi had broken his silence on the rape cases last Friday.
