An Omega Tourbillion wristwatch has been sold for $1.4 million (₹9.16 crore) at an auction in Geneva. It represents the highest amount ever paid for an Omega watch and the first time Omega has achieved a price of over $1 million. The watch, a prototype, was made in 1947 and is the only known tourbillon Omega wristwatch in existence.
