After hearing a petition filed by the Congress-JD(S) alliance against the Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala's decision, the Supreme Court on Thursday refused to stay the swearing-in ceremony of BJP's BS Yeddyurappa as Chief Minister. However, the three-judge SC bench did not dismiss the petition saying that it "is a subject of hearing later on".
