After seeing a mother's picture in a wallet he had stolen, a pickpocket in Delhi sent the wallet to its owner in Madhya Pradesh. Keeping the ₹1,200 it contained, he returned it with a slip carrying his number. When the owner called him, he said he needed the money but returned the wallet as he was moved by the picture.
