Team India middle-order batter Shreyas Iyer has been ruled out of the three-match ODI series against Australia. The news of Iyer's unavailability for the limited overs series was confirmed by India's fielding coach T Dilip at the pre-series press conference. Iyer had missed a major part of the fourth Border-Gavaskar Trophy Test in Ahmedabad after recurrence of his back injury.
