Arm, the UK-based chip designer owned by Japan's SoftBank Group, is seeking to raise at least $8 billion in a US initial public offering (IPO), Reuters reported. As per the report, Arm is hoping to be valued at more than $50 billion during its share sale. It is expected to confidentially submit paperwork for its IPO in late April.
