Sri Lanka became the eighth team to automatically qualify for 2019's Cricket World Cup after West Indies lost to England in the first ODI. Sri Lanka join Australia, India, Bangladesh, England, New Zealand, Pakistan and South Africa. The Windies will now go through the qualifier stage where they will compete with 10 teams, including bottom-placed teams like Afghanistan and Ireland.
