The Delhi High Court has asked the police to submit the status report in the Sunanda Pushkar death case within three days. The court was hearing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) by BJP MP Subramanian Swamy, seeking CBI enquiry into the case. Swamy alleged that a "lot of evidence was destroyed" in the case.
