A taxi driver was arrested for allegedly raping a 23-year-old woman inside his taxi at a park near Red Fort on Tuesday. The woman was waiting at New Delhi Railway Station when the accused allegedly lied that her train had been canceled. He made the woman come with him in taxi by offering to drop her at a bus stand.
