Tesla has been slammed by US Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety's President Cathy Chase after the company said that before Model X car crash, the car's driver took no action despite warnings. "I find it shocking... That's not the only way (the accident could have occurred)", Chase said. The driver was killed in the accident which happened last month.
