Too many shops and restaurants at Delhi Airport could hinder evacuations and jeopardise the lives of passengers during an emergency, a parliamentary panel has concluded in a draft report. It said, "The advice of security agencies is being overlooked for commercial interests." Delhi International Airport Limited and the Civil Aviation Ministry have ignored the safety concerns, the report claimed.
