Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan confirmed that Turkey had been testing the S-400 air defence systems that it bought from Russia. "The US' stance absolutely does not concern us," Erdogan said. Turkey will continue testing military equipment, including many bought from the US, he added. The US had threatened sanctions, saying that Turkey's S-400 deal with Russia compromised NATO defences.
