The Russian envoy to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, has said that British authorities are engaged in the systematic destruction of evidence related to the poisoning of former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia. He further said that the UK had crossed all boundaries by alleging Russian President Vladimir Putin's involvement in the incident.
