UK MPs on Tuesday wore turbans as part of the Turban Awareness Day that was held to show support for the Sikh community. The event was organised following an attack on an Indian Sikh national last month, wherein a man tried to remove the Sikh man's turban outside the UK Parliament in an alleged racist attack.
