The Miami International Airport in the US was partially evacuated after a staffer found a toy grenade inside a restroom and alerted the authorities, mistaking the toy to be an explosive device. While seven flights were delayed, authorities allowed passengers to re-enter the airport after about an hour and a half. "Security and safety always first," airport officials tweeted.
