A US criminal has negotiated a deal with the police to surrender himself. Jose Simms told a police officer on Facebook that he will surrender if his 'wanted' post on the police department's page gets 15,000 likes. However, the police said, "Regardless of the number of "Likes"...we'll continue to utilise resources to locate suspects and take them into custody."
