A couple in US' Pennsylvania has sued the local police for allegedly detaining them after mistaking the hibiscus plants in their backyard for marijuana. The couple said they were treated like criminals even when they committed no crime, adding that they were handcuffed and held in the back of a police vehicle while the cops searched the house for drugs.
