A university in the US state of Minnesota is using Harry Potter novels to teach students about ethics, love, human soul and nature. The novels provide understandable examples of philosophical concepts that can be difficult to comprehend, students said. The university has also considered teaching philosophy through other pieces of pop culture including HBO series Game of Thrones.
