A woman in United States' New Jersey fell down an open sidewalk access door while she was looking at her phone on Thursday, officials said. The 67-year-old woman fell six feet down the stairs, and suffered serious injuries. A video of the incident shows paramedics and firefighters taking her away on a stretcher.
