Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari on Monday said driverless cars and any technology that takes away jobs will not be allowed in India. "The unemployed youth is a big issue, we have shortage of 22,000 drivers," he added. Currently, driverless car technology is being tested in several countries such as the US and the UK.
