Talking about WhatsApp's payments feature, Paytm Founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma has said, "We are opening our banking system to the biggest of possible fraud." Sharma alleged that while three-factor authentication is mandatory for Indian payment players, western players are allowed to dodge the set rules. He further accused the National Payments Corporation of India of favouring foreign players.
