A 35-year-old woman was allegedly lynched by a mob in a village in West Bengal's Murshidabad district early on Tuesday for having an illicit relationship with her son-in-law, police said. The woman's 33-year-old son-in-law was also beaten up. Villagers had warned the man not to visit his mother-in-law when her husband was away for work.
