A woman who accused Rajasthan Minister Mahesh Joshi's son of raping her multiple times moved Delhi HC on Thursday seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the man by trial court. The woman in her petition stated that the accused, Rohit, has been threatening her to withdraw her complaint since being out on bail. She filed the complaint in May.
