Former Prime Minister and JD(S) chief HD Deve Gowda has said that he would not support BJP or Congress in case there is a hung assembly in Karnataka. "I want to set right the administration that has worsened during 10 years of BJP-Congress rule. The state has suffered badly; corruption is rampant," the leader added.
