Restaurant discovery and food ordering major Zomato on Wednesday acquired Bengaluru-based on-demand logistics and food delivery startup Runnr for an undisclosed amount. Runnr will continue to function as an independent logistics company. Mohit Kumar will remain the Founder and CEO of Runnr and will continue working with the rest of the Runnr's founding team.
