Food ordering startup Zomato's CEO Deepinder Goyal has claimed that Zomato is now a profitable company. In a blog post, Goyal wrote the startup is "generating enough cash to cover for the millions of dollars of investments" they are making. In June, Zomato reported revenues of ₹332.3 crore for 2016-17, up by 80.6% from ₹183.9 crore in the previous year.
