A China Eastern Airlines flight from Paris to Kunming was hit by turbulence during landing on Monday, injuring 26 people. Several passengers were thrown from their seats and have suffered bone fractures and scalp lacerations. One of the passengers said, "We applauded when the plane landed safely. We feel lucky the plane did not crash."
