Eleven jawans of the Central Reserve Police Force have been martyred and several other injured in a Maoist attack in Sukma in Chhattisgarh on Saturday. The jawans, belonging to the Road Operating Party of CRPF's 219 Battalion, were reportedly assisting construction activity when they were ambushed. Arms and ammunition have also been looted from the spot.
