India's largest telecom operator Bharti Airtel is planning to launch a 4G enabled smartphone reportedly in the first week of October, with its price set at around ₹2,000. The new smartphone by Airtel will have a 4-inch screen, 1GB RAM, VoLTE calling and Android 7.0 operating system. Earlier, Reliance Jio had launched JioPhone at an effective price of ₹0.
