American luxury cruise line 'Crystal Cruises' has been ranked the 2017 best luxury liner in the world, according to a report by US News & World Report. Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises completed the top three spots. The list was based on various factors including price class, health ratings and approval among experts and travellers.
