Dr Seuss’ first book ‘And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street’, was rejected by 27 publishers. Interestingly, he was going back after a rejection when he met an acquaintance who later got the book published in 1937. With over 600 million copies sold in over 20 languages, he is one of the most celebrated children’s books author.
