Planes across Europe will run on renewable fuel made from vegetable oil and animal fat in an effort aimed at tackling climate change, reports said. The biofuel, which will release up to 90% fewer carbon emissions, will be mixed with kerosene. Planes running on the new fuel will start flying from Switzerland in 2018.
