E-commerce major Flipkart has raised a reported amount of $2.5 billion from SoftBank Vision Fund, making it India's largest investment round. The funding is an extension to Flipkart's $1.4 billion financing round which was announced in April and included investors like Tencent, eBay, and Microsoft. Japanese conglomerate SoftBank is now one of the largest shareholders of Flipkart.
