Offices in Japan can hire 'handsome weeping boys' who watch sad movies with the staff and later wipe away their tears. The service, known as 'Ikemeso Danshi',​ aims to hold crying workshops to expose the vulnerability of employees in order to help them bond together. Interestingly, other companies in Tokyo also provide cuddling sessions and rent-a-friend services.
