Hawaii Governor David Ige has said that there was a delay in retracting the false missile alert earlier this month as he forgot his Twitter password. Reportedly, Ige knew the alert was false two minutes after it was circulated, however, the warning was retracted after more than half an hour. He further said that he now accesses Twitter through mobile.
