Hundreds of people of a South African town have confessed to eating human flesh they got from one of four suspects facing cannibalism charges. The suspects were arrested after one of them allegedly walked into a police station and claimed he was "tired of eating human flesh". They reportedly raped the victims before killing them and cutting them into pieces.
