During her second consecutive address at the UN General Assembly, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Saturday said that while India created reputed institutions such as IITs, IIMs and AIIMS, Pakistan created terror outfits like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen. "We are completely engaged in fighting poverty but our neighbour Pakistan seems only engaged in fighting us," she added.
