Former Tiger Global executive Kalyan Krishnamurthy, who joined Flipkart in June 2016 as head of commerce unit, has been named as the new CEO of Flipkart replacing Co-founder Binny Bansal. Bansal will be moving to a newly created position of Group CEO. The move comes one year after Binny Bansal took over as CEO from Co-founder Sachin Bansal.
