KFC founder Colonel Sanders had sued KFC for $122 million, a few years after he sold the company for $2 million. Sanders sued the new owner of KFC as they were not allowing him to open a restaurant selling ‘Original Recipe Chicken’. They eventually settled out of court in 1975.
