A 44-year-old man has been arrested by Maharashtra police for giving an advertisement in a Marathi newspaper, asking people to contact him if they wanted to convert old currency notes into new. The advertisement appeared in the Solapur edition of the newspaper from December 14 to 16. The police traced the accused from the contact details mentioned in the advertisement.
