Russian company Caviar has launched a Nokia 3310 phone with a titanium body, which it claims is of bulletproof grade, for ₹1.3 lakh. The phone's body has a pattern made using Damascus steel technique. The company has also created a variant of the design which bears the image of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
