A passenger on an Air India flight from Hyderabad to Chicago has tweeted a picture of a dead cockroach that he found in his vegetarian meal. The passenger, Rahul Raghuvanshi, tweeted, "@airindiain now serves cockroach for vegetarian meals on AI127 #sicktomystomach #traumatized #cockroachinfood". Air India has apologised for the incident, saying that it has "served notice to the caterer concerned."
