A flight carrying 16 passengers and three crew members was forced to make an emergency landing at Sydney Airport on Friday after its propeller fell off mid-flight. The pilot said the right propeller "just shed off" at 6,000 feet over the Australian city of Sydney while the flight was preparing to land. Notably, the propeller has not been found yet.
