Right to Privacy a Fundamental Right: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the Right to Privacy, saying that it is a Fundamental Right protected by the Constitution. CJI JS Khehar said that the privacy is protected under Article 21 of the Constitution. The bench overruled two previous judgements by the apex court, which said that Right to Privacy was not a Fundamental Right.
