USA's Central Intelligence Agency has concluded that Russia intervened in the 2016 US presidential elections to help Republican party's Donald Trump win the White House. Intelligence agencies also identified individuals connected to the Russian government who provided hacked Democratic party emails to WikiLeaks. Russia will also try to influence the upcoming German election, an official said.
