The Supreme Court will begin the hearing on a bunch of pleas challenging the constitutional validity of triple talaq, nikah halala and polygamy practices among Muslims from Thursday. Some of the seven pleas are also filed by Muslim women who have challenged the Islamic practice of triple talaq wherein husbands are allowed to divorce their wives by saying 'talaq' thrice.
