Messaging startup Slack is raising about $250 million in a funding round co-led by Japan's SoftBank, that would value the startup at more than $5 billion, according to Bloomberg. Accel, a Silicon Valley venture firm, will be leading the funding alongside SoftBank. Founded in 2009, the American startup last raised $200 million in Series F funding round in April.
